Shipping Policy

At VIRENNE Eyewear, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, launches, seasonal peaks, or circumstances outside our control.

UK Delivery

We offer tracked UK delivery.

- UK Mainland: £3.95

- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Some areas, including islands, Highlands, and remote postcodes, may be subject to an additional delivery charge. If this applies, the charge will be shown at checkout or we will contact you before dispatch where necessary.

Bulgaria Delivery

We currently offer delivery to Bulgaria.

- Bulgaria shipping: £8.95

- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch

International delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local delivery services, or seasonal delays.

Tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available, so you can follow your parcel once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
